1. Thermal protector: It is a combination of two different alloys that will heat up after passing current. The bending speed is proportional to the magnitude of the passing current. This protects the electrical equipment.
 
2. Current overload protector: it can provide effective protection for the overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, phase imbalance, phase error and starting process (avoiding starting overcurrent) of the electrical system, squirrel cage motor and winding motor.
 
 
Second, the principle is different
 
1. Thermal protector: It is a thermostat that uses a bimetallic strip as the temperature sensing element. When the temperature drops to the set temperature, the contact automatically closes / opens, and the normal working state is restored.
 
2. Current overload protector: the signal is sampled by the current transformer to convert the load current of each phase into a voltage signal proportional to it, and the signal and all control signals are input to the microprocessor. , Calculation and storage, and compare with the corresponding conditions, and then output the results.
